Normally the exposed features come from the “OT features” field on the type testers tab of the collection, next to the type testers data. This allows you to override those selections, or set it to * to expose every available feature. Accepts comma-separated list of opentype feature codes to expose as options to users. (e.g. ss01,ss02,ss03) or *.
